Driver of Accident that Killed Monrovia Teacher is Arrested

The driver of a vehicle outside Hemet that killed Mayflower Elementary Maggie Clark last week was arrested and booked on gross vehicular manslaughter charges, according to the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office.

Jeremy Cook, 33, will appear in court Monday to be arraigned.

He remains in jail . Bail is set at $75,000.
