The man who allegedly caused the accident that took the life of 44-year-old Mayflower Elementary School teacher Maggie Clark earlier this month was released Monday. Prosecutors chose not to file charges against him according to officials involved with the case as toxicology reports were not back in time for arraignment.
California Highway Patrol arrested Jeremy Cook, 33, and held him on $75000 bail until Monday when he was released.

this is as disgusting as this can get.. This man killed an amazing person and he is slapped on the wrist and sent home to be with his family to sleep in his warm bed.. Maggie never got that chance!
