The Phones are Ringing Again at Monrovia City Hall

The Mondays after a three day holiday weekend are normally frantic, but at Monrovia City Hall things were remarkably calm on December 28. In fact, phones throughout the city network were quiet. Unfortunately it was because they were not functioning. The emergency 911 system continued to function as it is on a completely separate system. By Tuesday morning, the phone system was again fully functional.
